SVG to PNG
Make a PNG copy of a supported SVG logo or graphic for an app that needs a raster image. Set the output width and background, then check the shape and text before saving.
Before you start

How to use this tool
- Choose a local SVG file.
- Set the output width and choose a transparent or solid background.
- Check the preview and download the PNG.
Understand the result
SVG describes shapes, while PNG stores a fixed grid of pixels. Choose a pixel size that suits where the image will be used. Increasing the output size does not recover detail from any low-resolution image embedded in an SVG.
Choose a useful pixel size
Use the dimensions required by the destination. An oversized PNG increases file size; a small PNG enlarged later can look blurred.
Try a sample
Try an original sample to inspect the supported workflow. A successful sample is not a guarantee for every input.

The SVG is rejected or looks different.
External fonts, linked images, scripts and unsupported SVG features are excluded. Export a self-contained copy or a PNG from the original design app when the file depends on those features.
Next useful tool: Favicon Generator →Important limits
- Self-contained supported SVG only; no scripts or externally loaded resources.
- Some SVG features are not supported.
- Raster output has a fixed size and an upper pixel limit.
- Maximum 2 MB input; output up to 4096 pixels per side and 12 million pixels. CSS styles and external resources are not accepted.
Frequently asked questions
Can the PNG keep a transparent background?
Yes, when transparency is selected and the supported SVG content itself leaves those areas transparent.
Why was my SVG rejected?
This tool accepts a limited, self-contained SVG subset. Scripts, external resources, animation and unsupported structures are rejected instead of being loaded.
Why does text look different?
SVG text can depend on fonts that are not available in the browser. Where possible, export outlined text from your design app and inspect the result.
